my favouritest girl ever aka clara celebrated her 22nd birthday today. :)
the mj128 and gang had dinner at sushi teh raffles city followed by dessert treat by ra at ben and jerry's. yum. highlight of the day (or rather, night) was when some random stranger who was in B&J walked up to ra while we were taking pics and said:"eh! today ur birthday ah? happy birthday! (shakes hand with a super bewildered ra)... come i help u take photo... is this ur boyfriend points to ming jie) or that one ar(points to shuen min) ?... sweet 18 ah? ahhh, happy birthday! enjoy!"
the rest of us were super amused la! we were like imitating the guy for so many times after that. but its great to have sincere bdae wishes even if it is from a total stranger. ha.
to my dearest ra,
it isnt easy for 2 pple with such contrasting personalities to meet and even more difficult for them to remain close friends for 9 long years. we undoubtly have our ups and downs and differences , but at the end of the day, i still treasure every moment we have known each other. Looking forward to the many birthday celebrations to come even when we are old and wrinkly (we can still go for botox by then anyway! ha ah aha). love ya forever! and yup, dun forget "my dream, our promise!" ha! :)
