yesterday's movie with max was fantastic! the boy was so sweet to come all the way to town to watch one movie he hadnt even got a slightest interest in just so that i dont have to watch it alone. baaaaa...so touched! ha. and well, i didnt regret saying i want watch the show. it was worth every cent of the $6.50 i paid and the popcorn we ate. yum. salted ones are still the yummiest ones ( i think max and i are the only 2 who likes salted ones). ok, enough of the food, back to the movie. although its like a few weeks since the show started showing in the cinemas, the theatre was still freaking packed! we had to settle for second row seats cos we too lazy to book online lor.tmd. but well nonetheless i totally enjoyed the whole thing.the plot was so riveting i didnt even want go toilet just so i wont miss a second of it (though i was dying to pee like crazy, kept squriming in the seat. ha) the 2 hours sure packed a punch, with mystery,action, horror and comedy all packed into one. woo la la. well, jake gyllenhaal was not much of an eye candy in my opinion but he sure can act! the movie certainly surpassed my expectations though towards the end i was sorta lost. maybe i will nominate it for an oscar or something. ha, ok to be fair, i think i am pretty biased here cos ZODIAC was totally MY type of movie. thrillers, action... ask me sit through some sappy love story or art film for 2 hrs i think i will be bored to death lo. i like movies which make me think! which is why i am so loving HEROS right now. ok, i know i am kinda outdated to be watching it only now, but well, i am hooked! been catchin it every night via this link parry provided. (hey, thanks a lot!) dragged my little brother in, and now every night my room sorta becomes a mini movie marathon session. ha! (YIKES roach spotted in the room!...five min later...ok, roach caught. omigod it was huge k.)
