i especially rushed home to catch DIE HARD on tv today. it has always ranked as one of my top fav movies along with MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, BROKEN ARROW, FACE OFF, and THE ROCK. (i cant figure why i have this penchant for action movies over sappy love stories. ba. maybe its my short attention span. ) aaaaahhhh, hearing these movie titles feels so nostalgic huh? i always lament that these days, they dun make movies like they used to. in the good old 90s, all the action was with real guns and fire. now, everything is so graphic and computer touched up, nothing feels real anymore. i remember when i was a primary school kid, i would always watch the "box office special" movies on channel5 every mondays with my dad, instead of the lame-o jack neo variety show over at channel 8. i grew up knowing who was nicholas cage, claude van dam, john trovolta and tom cruise. and yes, back in the days when they all still had hair and no saggy arms. wa aha aha a.
