super long post ahead. reverse chronological order. :)

today's my darling brother's 19 birthday. YAY! i love birthday celebrations! the whole family went down to jumbo seafood restaurant at east coast to celebrate.


that's my family pic. ha ha , look at the two kiddo brothers...and yups, i love my family tonnes! :)before dinner, i went to the japanese association's open house with guo qiang and guo rong . wa ha ha, despite the similarities in names, they are not brothers. na, here's the 2 of them.

and the cute little jap girl! i love her 2 pig tails! incredibly shy though.

overall, it was a great experience. immersing in the jap culture. taking in the jovial atmosphere and seeing all the welcoming faces. we even learnt how to make origami spinning tops! ha, so reminesence of kindergarden lo.

and yesterday, me and clara skipped gek 1519 class to go swimming. shiok man. been a long time i went to the sch pool cos of the bad weather. and ya i didnt really feel too guilty about skipping class the science of music lect is totally crappy anyway. we go just go in there and stare at the old man lecturing without absorbing anything.ha aha a.

after swimmin, the fav girl and i took the A1 bus all the way to PGP (which is like some ulu corner of sch...) to have lunch. i still remember the times when we were in our first semester, the 2 of us would just take the bus in between breaks and go "sightseeing" around the sch. miss those carefree times man. now i sometimes dun even have time for lunch lo.

here's a pic of us. i remember we took another pic in exactly the same pose on the same bus 2 yrs ago. damn, how fast time flies. i am like graduating in another sem's time lor. :(lunch was at ASTON. yup, the famous western restaurant along east coast road with the always super long queue. i am so glad they finally decided to open an express stall at the new PGP canteen. no more sucky food! thought slightly more ex then the usual canteen food ( around 5 plus for a meal with 2 side dishes...) , i feel that its super justified cos the food is 100x better than the one in the canteen lor. and i dun mind travelling abit just to have HUMAN FOOD.

we are definitely going back there again sometime! ha, and dun ask me why the both of us in pink. totally telepathy la. ah aha.

after school, was tuition with korean girl (yay, got my pay! ) followed by dinner with kk at jurong point. totally famished when we reached. and media corp was doing some filming there lor, and i was like trying to siam the cameras, while the kpo kk was... well, k-poing.ha aha.

and for those of u who grew up in the 90s... remember this? ha aha, ya the stupid tag line "HEY DUN PUSH ME, PUSH POP!" together with the ring-pop thing, it was like the most "IN" thing when i was growing up lo. and then it somehow mysteriously disappeared from the stores. until yesterday, me and kk saw it at 7/11. he bought one for me. blueberry flavoured. yum yum. ya, i keep getting wierd stares from pple who see me eating it. but dun care la. it makes me feel like a kid again! instant joy. wha aha .
