me: i already have a date with my professor, sree kumar
aunt: har? kumar ar? indian ar? ur boyfriend indian ar?
me: ya

ha, and after that i quickly scooted off. the look she gave me was as if i just murdered her son. (sorry, jing kai, no offense. didn't mean to curse u. and i have no intention to murder u.)
