hangout thursday dinners with jo are always hilarious. sick of the usual clementi food, we decided to be more adventurous and headed to IMM. wa, the long walk from the train station was well...LONG. wha ha aah, cant think of a better word la. but it was all worth it cos we found this place which sells damn yummy pasta at super cheap price. between the 2 of us, we had LONDON FISH AND CHIP, CHICKEN CABORANA, FRIED CALAMARI, GARLIC BREAD and COKE. all for 20 bucks only which is like $10 each lor! wah shiok! i like the garlic bread the most cos its heaped with loads of cheese and garlic. i hate those type which u cant even taste the garlic one. why even call it garlic bread in the first place? and this one is soft and moist. nt the usual crispy dry dry type. ok, i am drooling at the thought of it again. for those of u west siders, got time can go try. i think the shop is called spagetti-too (yes, i will pardon the lame name on account that the food was good.) on level one IMM.

after dinner, we headed over to DAISO. the big big jap shop which sell everything for 2 bucks. and by that i mean EVERYTHING. before we step in, jo was telling me must control her. and i was telling myself, " aiya how damaging can it be?" i was damn wrong lor. tat place is damaging on the wallet can. for the one hr we were there, we ended up buying 20+ worth of useless stuff like bedroom slippers, container boxes, dustbins... wha aha. jo reckons we make very good aunties next time. i agree.

oh ya and we bought some stuff for poon as a surprise. no la, nt her birthday yet. just feel like buying her stuff out of the blue, that's the whole rationale behind SURPRISE ma. we even wrap up everythink in a pretty gold box with matching riboon k! this is called GOT XIM k!!!wha ha aah. ok, poon didnt look entirely surprised when i give her the present. :( maybe her acting skills are good. she must be tearing inside.wh aha a. poon, feels so good to be loved heh? and we even think of u while we happily shopping lor. and u better be touched cos i shredded paper all night to make the prezzie look nice lor. ha aha.

and i just saw alvin along the corridor on my way to the library. havent seen the guy in ages. boh xim one, never meet the padai gang for so long le. wh aa aha ah. i miss those days!!!!!!! :( have been wanting to organise padai gathering for ages but it seems like everyone's so busy these days. and i wanna complain! change bike also never let me take last pic with good ol REDDY.

this coming weekend is gonna be another activity packed one again. tml after henderson, i needa attend a concert for my science of music term paper, followed by dinner with kk at ps. wa, i am a busy woman. then on sunday, its FLEA market day! yippee! me, poon and jo setting up a stall at holland village (opp cold storage) to clear our old clothes. so anybody if in the area on sunday, please come down support k! thanks thanks! :)

it seems like these days, pple are getting more friendly or shld i say plain wierd. the guy in the computer next to me just talked to me. dunno ask me where i got my blogskin from, then tell me wat very nice lar. HELLO UNCLE, I APPRECIATE THE COMPLIMENT. OF COURSE ITS NICE LA, I CHOOSE ONE LEH. HOWEVER, I FIND IT PRETTY RUDE THAT U ARE BEING SUCH A BIG KPO AND LOOKING AT MY SCREEN. WAT I DOING IS PERFECTLY NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS CAN?! YAH, AND IF U CAN SEE WHAT I AM TYPING NOW, ITS FINE WITH ME. IN FACT I HOPE U SEE ME TYPING THIS.
