thisismshowspeaking.blogspot.com is ONE YEAR OLD TODAY!!!!!! happy birthday bloggie! it all started 365 days ago and i was feeling bored and started blog sufing. and it was through reading all the interesting lives and stories pple had to share that got me the urge to start my own. this may not be my very first blog, but he (yes, my blog is HE.) certainly the one i am most loyal to. i used to have another blog, but i closed it down after a few entries. then there was chroniclesofmm another blog started by clara, ash, me and poon where we could bitch about certain pple. wah aha. but me and thisismshowspeaking have certainly come a long way together. he kills me of boredom, allows me an avenue to vent my frustrations and share my insights on stuff. and it was also through him i got to know thebunchofengineguys through a very funny situation which never fails to amuse me till today. friends got to know me better and more updated on my life through him too. I AM INCREDIBLY PROUD OF MY BLOGGIE. wha ha a. and cos of my blogging, i influenced other pple to blog also Eg: poon, ali...so that i can kpo about them too. ha aha aha.
i still remember clara onced said thisismshowspeaking was not going to last for 3 months. at first it was just to prove her wrong, so i continued to write after 2 weeks when it started getting boring . you see, i am the type of pple who get bored very easily.... ha aha, but the more i wrote, the more i enjoyed it. and so weeks turned into months and months into a year. wooohooo! CLARA ONG, YOU OWE ME A MEAL NOW. ON TOP OF MY STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE.wa a aah ah.
and before i go, let me indulge in a tweeny weeny bit of narcissism. the article and vodcast i wrote for omy.sg kenna published. damn satisfying to see your own name on the page. ha aha a. btw, omy.sg is an online portal for the chinese news paper. ya, and i just had to put the printscreen here.
